JOB DESCRIPTION

Super Regional Drivers at Arnold earn $62,000 plus. Return home every other week and enjoy the security that comes with weekly assurance pay. Regional Drivers have access to all kinds of bonus incentives, including quarterly safety bonuses ($250), an Annual CPM loyalty increase, monthly production bonuses (up to .03 CPM on total miles), and clean inspection bonuses. We also offer detention, layover, breakdown pay, and health benefits. 

Start with a $5,000 Sign-On bonus. When it comes to orientation, we provide compensation for travel expenses as well as $500 Orientation Pay. We also provide all meals during orientation. Ask your recruiter for details on how to receive a $200 in Wal-Mart Gift Card to make the transition to Arnold. When you join the team at Arnold, you can look forward to complete health benefits. Other compensation includes Detention, Layover, and Breakdown pay.
